These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sabaidee Lottery application.

1. Eligibility

• Registration requires a valid Lao PDR mobile number and OTP verification
• Users under 18 or without Lao PDR numbers are not eligible

2. Licensed Services

Sabaidee is an officially licensed distributor of the Lao Development Lottery under contract with the State Enterprise Lottery Development (Ministry of Finance, Lao PDR).

Licensed services include lottery ticket purchases, result announcements, and account management.

3. Responsible Gambling

We promote responsible gambling and restrict access for underage users. Information about responsible play is available within the app.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely via authorized providers. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
